China 🇨🇳 should pay for the vaccine for everybody in all countries.
– but that's only a start.

I'm hearing reports of locals here getting the vaccine and falling severely ill and sick.

Remember the vaccine is ILLEGAL, unethical, dangerous, and fake.

At this point those who take it are forced to (no free will) or want to punish themselves.

Sad!

i understand the world need vaccines, but as an American, we didn't even have enough for yourself yet you asking us to help you. you should ask China, Russia, and the EU for free vaccines. and most importantly what do we get in return? more hate from the middle east and communists.

It makes sense to provide the vaccine to health care workers worldwide as a priority – they are the most exposed. Vaccine producers should surrender their patent rights and make blueprints freely available to allow a massive increase in manufacturing. They could be compensated by tax breaks or direct government payments. Local manufacture would allow much faster distribution at less cost.

The TV tagline reads "vaccine inequality." That's not the same thing as "vaccine inequity." Which one is it, CNN???

The Riches People on Earth live in Deserts, where all the wars are that they created so they could be Sheik's and have Palaces, pretty soon the whole Earth is going to be a desert, than the 🐗 ing Companies and No Carbon Footprint assholes won't have to go to Mars with their 150 Billion they made in 1year, because Earth will now be Mars, and than we can see if their Jobs can create water and life with money. Because I have never heard of anyone squeezing water out of money, but I have heard of dumb asses that have alot of money wanting to move to Mars where there isn't trees or air to breath burning holes through our ozone layer and leaving huge chemical trails from their bullshit rockets.

I think the issue is we aren't dealing with this like we did in World War 2. This is a global crisis and needs an equally large response. The US in WW2 provided not only equipment for themselves but also for all the other Allies. Why not do that again? Why not tell every state to identify a company or site within its border to produce vaccines? The fed can then use their powers to get those companies and sites in line to produce vaccine. The goal should not be to produce enough for the US. It should be to produce enough for at a minimum all of North and South America.

One major advantage of this kind of approach is we can shotgun out massive numbers of vaccines and when we need to update to a newer formula it should be relatively easy to get the new version produced in large volumes quickly.

The target production should be something like 4-5 million doses a day. That kind of volume would allow for the entire population of the US to get the vaccine or a booster inside of 3-4 months leaving the rest of the annual production to take care of our neighbors. If we find out we dont need quite that much in a few years we can move some of these facilities to producing other medicines we need and hopefully drive the prices down on many drugs.

When you talk about "the most vulnerable", you must be willing to define that demographic. When we do that kind of policy, we risk walking away from a pillar of democracy which is always an issue somewhere. It has always been the reality of our capitalistic democracy, that the wealthier elite have access, while the rest stand in long lines. It is not fair no matter how hard you try to make it sound fair. I am in agreement with this man's stand because the science of covid19 demands that we get those who must "stand in line", out of harms way to the mutating virus.

They instituted testing in my town, but you had to be in a crowd to get it. You could get covid19, standing around trying to get tested…or vaccinated! Social distancing will still be the only way to avoid vulnerability.

We have so much work to do! Let's just get the compass points and a 360 degree radial direction going all the time with all due considered haste…not waste!

I am getting tired of all the information myself. As serious as this is, we are tired of being scared.. tired of all the bad news. Let's get people vaccinated and do this.

I'm not happy about the fact that the most vulnerable with minimal exposure instead of essential workers with the highest possible exposure are getting the vaccine first.

My thoughts exactly. This is a Time for Global Collaboration, Cooperation, and Coordination to Fight this COVID-19 Pandemic and Completely Eradicate it, not a time for making Money off of Poor Third World Countries that cannot manufacture their own vaccines!

We need a Global Vaccination Programme where All Countries are taught how to manufacture their own Vaccines if they have the facilities to do so rather than Selling Ready Made Vaccines, that could easily become useless under inappropriate conditions, to the so called "Poor Third World Countries" who are already suffering from poverty.

I’m not American but from the way I see it, the U.S. was hit worst by the pandemic, and Americans pay their pharmaceutical companies a helluva lot more than those of us in other parts of the world, and that they’re using the vaccine they’ve developed to protect their people first. Am I missing something? Could not look more just and equitable to me.
