Already know it's gonna make a mockery of the US Justice system.. Like the OJ trial only in the other direction, while I will say Chauvin was rough, it clearly wasn't him who killed Floyd in fact it was someone who I imagine Mr Floyd would've seen as dear friends… Fentanyl and Meth.

also if you wanna bring up the autopsy you should probably know that neither autopsy found marks on the neck, both noted the drugs and their ridiculous dosage and then didn't explain how they didn't kill him, and the private autopsy the family had done was done by a joke of a man who committed perjury during the OJ trial, admitted he based his foundings (for the Floyd autopsy) on the video and said that Ron Goldman fought off an assailant while he had a severed jugular for 10 minutes.

Yes, if you also choose to take a lethal dose of fentanyl, at the same time as choosing to do meth, along with choosing to take percocet on top of that, and choosing to rob a convenience store, and choose not to just accept that you've been caught stealing and accept the very gracious store owner's offer to just return the cigarettes or pay with real money, and then choose to willfully resist arrest after choosing to be a violent criminal who has a record of doing things like choosing to hold mothers at gunpoint in front of their children that give police reason to have justifiable reasons to be concerned that you may attempt to hurt someone while drugged out of your mind, then choose not to just accept you've been caught and arrested, then choose to not just calmly sit in the police car with the windows open and air conditioner on*, but instead *choose to ask to be put on the ground (knowing that the police will have to restrain you physically if you aren't in the police car), then you too will have chosen to put yourself in a situation where you may lose your life by ODing because your body couldn't handle the stress of being physically restrained in a manner that the police have been trained to use in situations like this and would not harm a normal person.

See how that works? If you choose to make a LONG string of poor *choices*, then you may wind up losing your life… just like if you choose to walk blindfolded across a major interstate during rush hour, you may lose your life by being hit by a car and die despite the fact that drivers of cars should try to avoid hitting you.

Oh!..And notice that I have no idea what your race or ethnicity is? It's because it doesn't matter in the slightest. It literally has nothing to do with the series of poor decisions that lead up to you losing your life in this situation… just like it doesn't matter whatsoever in Floyd's case either.

People need to learn how to pronounce fentanyl. It's not fentonal.

This whole thing is based on such low IQ bullshit.
However you look at it, it's mostly Floyd's fault for swallowing the drugs. Like many criminals, he was just an idiot. He wasn't going to do more than a few days in jail for just possession in MN.

If you live by the sword that's how you die, or karma if you have a hindu or Buddhist persuasion, we all know the sort of bloke he was and it's just the political climate that's blowing it up into something different.

It was around an hour from being taken from the scene, taken to a hospital, before he died. Take from that, what you will.

Three factors contributed to George Floyd dieing.
1. Medical factors including having just had COVID and a heart condition.
2. The dude was on drugs
3. The panic of being caught by police.
The officer securing him on the ground had very little to do with his death.

I mean it's sad but the guy died of fentanyl overdose. As much as I disagree with the police policies as far as knee on the neck they followed policy and he died of a fentanyl overdose

8:02 homicide: you said at the hands of a human. Which is true. It’s not what the prosecution said. They said at ANOTHER human’s hands. But the truth is, according to the 4x the lethal dose of fentanyl, GF died at the hands of GF. I believe this should have been classified as overdose with underlying health issue. DC was following procedure and training.

The dishonesty is sad.
They were trained to put delirious people in that position. He was on a lethal dosage of drugs. He had underlying health problems. There so far isn't official reports from a coroner for asphyxiation. This doesn't look like murder.

If anything, they should determine if his response to "I can't find a pulse" was responsible enough. But if there's a criminal charge from that as opposed to negligence, that'd be an injustice.

Floyd swallowed enough fentynal to kill a horse. Overdoseing on fentynal leads to your lungs filling with fluid. Career criminal floyd was already dead before the restraint.

It doesn't matter what the facts are in this case, they won't let the cop off. Frankly it shouldn't be a jury trial at all. He died of a drug overdose

I don't think this was murder, possibly accidental death or manslaughter yes. The kneeling position used was a procedure the police are taught so it wasn't illegal as has been called. Add in there was multiple drugs in his system at 4 times the level to kill him, whilst having lethal effects on his respiratory system as they do so. Note the escalation of force used was a direct response to his refusal to comply at every step of the way. This wasn't planned, set up, or a conspiracy in any way. I think only way this can be a murder conviction is to appease the public and if they don't the riots will be back to rodney king levels.

In the bodycam I am sure I can see a small white plastic wrap or balloon rubber underneath George Floyds toungue in the period when he is pleading to stay in the car, Whatever the drugs were (fent or meth) He swallowed then when he knew he was being arrested proper, He clearly from that point was facing a peoper medical emergency.. Now even after all that why did the police officer insist on pinning him to the floor with his knee on his neck, It makes it evenn worse tbh

Good luck PROVING that Floyd had built up that kind of tolerance.

Since the buildup of tolerance is extremely subjective and immesurable, scientfically.

The obviously activist prosecution is gambling on earlier press manipulation ginning the enormous threat of massive public disorder of the Left, in retaliation against a decision favoring the defense.

If this were any other case. Most prosecution lawyers would take one look at the evidence and come to the conclusion there isn't enough evidence to take it to court, but because there is an irrational blood thirsty mob involved. There is a need to have some kind of show trial.

Jurors who have any bias at all are ALWAYS dismissed at trials, not just this one. It's standard procedure. Typically there are 100 or so people who receive jury duty mailers, then weeks later they whittle it down further after you call a number to find out if your juror number is still on the list. Then if you are one of the 10s of people who are selected at this stage, you go to the courthouse several days before the trial begins and they interview you individually to be sure you are suitable for serving as a juror. Bias is on the major determining factors in whether or not you get to serve.

That the prosecutor was already anticipating what the defense was going to bring up, in stead of just presenting their case, suggests to me the lack of evidence on their part.

Even before the police ever approached Floyd, Floyd was a dead man. Nothing on this earth would have stopped that. Floyd had 11 ml of Fentanyl in his system as well as meth. Even if he were already in a ICU unit, he was going to die by his own hand. If a body was found with 3 ml of Fentanyl the coraner would have ruled the death as an over dose. The position they put him in is exactly what is in the police manual. Maybe in needs to be changed but you cannot prosecute an officer for following training.

I rolled my eyes every single time he said “what you will learn today…” I’m sorry is this a fkin school or a court room? We don’t need to learn anything just to be presented with the actual facts. For fcks sake.
