They are just maintaining the monopoly by preventing the functionality of their competitors because they know they would lose in the free market of ideas.

Infringement of the 1A and 2A should infuriate We The People. Torches, pitchforks, and worse may need to be employed against these anti-Americans.

That's nonsense " I have to ban someone because i'll get letter complaints"–dumb reasoning. Someone can send letter complaints that someone isn't killing people by that logic, it's an amendment right and they fabricated a benign tweet while their site has child porn on it. Get this milquetoast bullshit of your platform dude.

Platforms could be limited to deleting posts and accounts based on posting illegal activity. All other speech comes under the umbrella of free speech.

I love my Parler! A great place place for 5th dimensional light beings with 4th dimensional auras and 3rd density bodies to freely and sovereignly communicate the state of our integration and ascension process in this timespace snapshot as we purge to shift to the next density, dimension, paradigm and octave.

The oligarchy is humanities shadow embodiment of our fear state and illusional quest for power over others because they've forgotten self empowerment.

They cannot discern the origins of their thoughts, creativity or imagination let alone point of inception so they feel the need to imprison others to the same degree to which they are imprisoned by the illusions of power and identity as hollow state operatives hijacked by breakaway societies, grays, etc.

230 is just a funny issue to me. both sides want to remove it so they can get opposite effects. Republicans think it will force companies to stop censoring due to threat of lawsuits, Dems think it will force companies to censor more due to the threat of lawsuits.

So much corruption in gov and tech. How we get through this with a nation still intact is the question.
This is no longer just red team vs blue team. This is American ideals vs a leftist cult.

Why does section 230 have to apply to everyone? If a particular company is behaving as a publisher then 230 would be denied that particular company not all of them.

Out of the 110 ppl they arrested, 78 had “planned” their actions on Facebook and only 8 on PARLER. Facts!
Just to be clear, I signed up on PARLER and dropped out quickly after that because it did not live up to my expectations.
