"Dismissed" is the word you were looking for. ??? Just because Trump was involved, pursuit of election integrity shouldn't be dismissed…or discarded.

YOU HAVE BATTERED YOUTUBER SYNDROME, ARE THEY THAT ABUSIVE? YOU ARE THE TENTH CREATOR AFRAID TO READ THE WHOLE ARTCLE AND SAY WHAT YOU THINK. ARE YOU AFRAID OF OFFENDING SOMEONE? THE SELF CENSORSHIP AROUND THIS STORY IS ASTOUNDING. HAVE A LITTLE COURAGE IN YOUR CONVICTIONS, BE OFFENSIVE AND SPEAK YOUR MIND

IMO, if you want to occupy the social media space and be successful, you better start learning politics. Or, you need to do make up videos or perhaps animal videos (your horses would be a good start). Nonetheless like your work so far.

"The other reaction is that the article is proof powerful forces conspired to obtain certain results." I beg to differ; whether one is happy with the election or not, that is the only reaction possible. The author admits it and is proud of it.

Did Time magazine really just casually throw the word "conspiracy" as fact, admitting to interference on our federal election? Isn't that, I dunno, criminal? I dare say, treason.

Alison, to say within the same sentence perhaps this is "A" but maybe not is neither opinion nor information. It is an acknowledgement of uncertainty, inconclusive, fluff, nonsense, what-have-you and of no consequence. If you were in the "news" business you must be aware that your paycheck then existed because of a market for factual public information surrounding events.

That market still exists. It remains ill served. Please don't add to a pernicious condition that has been part of public knowledge for longer than you have been alive. You may regard the present time as one of crisis. Confusion is not a path to clarity.

Right out in the open! Is it hubris, or are they trying to get ahead of the story?

This article exists to distract from the fact that Mike Lindell's documentary Absolute Proof just disclosed the dominion/smartmatic vote flipping and foreign influence from countries like China. It is actually disinformation because it was not the "grass roots efforts" which changed the election results. It is safe to say that they failed to bring enough voters to the polls. We will find out soon what the real numbers were.

Totally agree with this guy. No part of me wants Trump to be president but there is no mathematical or logical way Biden got the number of votes that are attributed to him in the primary or the general. Next, president harris couldn't even win her own state, but she'll be installed.

I may not hold the same policy positions as Mr. Luceen, however, I completely agree with his positions on procedures.

I thought Bernie got the shaft, twice, by the Left's political machine, and I'm a conservative. I, too, believe in the rule of Law, and spoke out both times against Sen. Sanders's treatment. It was BS then and it is BS now.

Elections should happen legally, and let the chips fall where they may.

Why time the msm wrote this article? They were afraid of being torn apart by project veritas. These corporations were gutted by their own workers.
The article was the only way to solve this; Fact check themselves saying they were doing it to save democracy… meanwhile accuse others of believing conspiracy theories.

After reading the Times article, it seems to me & sounds like an admittal to rig the 2020 election. An unprecedented effort went into manipulating a particular outcome.

Love your channel. But this article is pure propaganda. The design is to change the narrative using rhetorics (protecting democracy, avoiding disaster, calling it a dangerous conspiracy to question why no state in question would do a signature verification on mail in rosters with thousands of inconsistencies) they are openly admitting they influenced and manipulated the election because they also are aware that half the country knows this happened. They just want people to be ok with it hence the linguistic tactics here.
Also its important to know the legal aspect of the 3(not 50 ) Trump cases. The other 47 were brought by private citizens, one of which, in Arizona, showed a signature match failure rate between 3 and 11% just in mail in ballots well within the margin on victory there. The trump suits were dismissed on standing or laches not merit. Those are very different things. No court allowed the evidence (merit) to be presented in those cases. Lawyer Robert Barnes speaks on this with great detail.

I read that article somewhat differently. Regardless of who you wanted to win (I’m not a partisan and don’t vote) that article lays out many steps taken by “a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes” (that’s a quote from the article, not my opinion) that worked to “influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.” (Again that’s a quote from the article, not my opinion). They “recruited armies of poll workers” (their words) and “They got states to change voting systems and laws” (their words). I’m just quoting from the article. Does anyone think a “Shadow Campaign” (their words) made up of an “alliance between left-wing activists and business titans.” (their words) can ever be considered a good thing in the eyes of the little people who want to have faith in free and fair elections? This clearly wasn’t a neutral effort, the article says the main coordinating figure was “holding back-to-back Zoom meetings for hours a day with his network of contacts across the progressive universe”. Note “progressive.”

“”Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated,” says Ian Bassin, co-founder of Protect Democracy.” — note that he didn’t say “proper process” he said “proper outcome”. What’s the proper outcome? If you’re a progressive — like the main actors of this cabal — the answer is clearly not a neutral one focused innocently on election integrity.

I don’t see two different perceptions of this article as being valid. There are people who like the article because they believe in raw power politics or Biden or they’re naive and think it’s all innocent — gee golly they were just trying to help! And then there are people who oppose on principle shadowy cabals of activists and business leaders changing election systems and laws and recruiting armies of poll workers.

How nice of them to decide the proper election results beforehand. It's like the mafia helping to insure the "proper" outcome of a sporting event.

Alison, I am so impressed by your engaging and welcoming demeanor towards Matt. Thank you for responding to him with grace and poise! You can tell that he feels alone but appreciates you and how you allowed him to join you on your program (I think he was fairly gobsmacked by your attitude towards him). We need MORE examples of this–especially when it is as dark as it is.

This Times article does nothing to calm this situation only pour more fuel and despite being across the pond I read this article yesterday with a growing disbelief and a growing anger as I couldn't believe the brazenness that their opinion was our actions where all for the good of American democracy. My view was the actions of these groups if not breaking the line of rigging certainly skirted the line. Last year I watched on Sky the Kill Chain documentary about the US Elections where they bought voting machines at recyclers (and if I remember correctly off eBay I think) and then showed how easy the whole system was to hacking. It is no wonder to me so many in America are questioning all of this because of the actions detailed in the article. So glad here we still use predominantly in person, pencil/pen and paper ballots here with a hand count. Good luck to the gent in his campaign.

uhh the court cases trump "lost" weren't lost on merit. They were lost because the courts didn't want to be involved in cases on the election. All the courts were passing the buck. Also no Trump didn't run on med4all. He ran on making medicine cheaper. Which he failed tbh. But lets be honest..Trump wasn't getting anything done thru a congress that was hostile.

totalitarianism, totalitARIANism,TOTALITARIANISM, what part of President Trump's policies was totalitarianism ? the lane stream media is fascist. what evidence did they give to support that claim, none that i saw. I would watch the President give a statement to the press and 15 minutes later abc evening "news" come out and lie what was said or done. if it's out there, plz show me one policy that is totalitarianism. All I've seen is the democrat leadership blaming others for what they have and still are doing.

Seems like the lady was your realizing you “woke!” Now to find out how to get people to quit saying they’re woke and listen. Educate one self. Ignorance is bliss, but also an opportunity for destruction. If we would just quit erasing history. We know the Greeks did, the Romans did, the Christians did…just to name a few…so disappointing.

Amazing how they openly admit to shutting down and suppressing political opinions. To me it shows how they have no tolerance for others opinions. The angle of the article also clearly shows a blind hate for Trump and a lack of self awareness of their own problems.

I too, Alison, an a person who REALLY doesn't like to talk about politics and I don't ENJOY politics.
I feel responsible as a citizen who was blessed to be born here to do my part.
I have walked through military graveyards. I know THE COST paid for freedom of speech
My biggest concern is between freedom of speech and censorship.

I am a student of world history. My dad always made clear to me that we MUST either learn from history or repeat history.

I only follow independent journalists now. I have ZERO trust for mainstream media. My heart is breaking to watch what is happening. I live in Portland Oregon. My once charming neighborhood looks like a ghetto after the past summer. I have never cried as much as I have lately in my whole life.
I despise Cancel Culture. Thank you for covering this story. Timcast IRL has also covered it, both you and he brought important points to the table.
THANK YOU. Kiss boss baby for me.
I want a decent America for your boss baby and her entire generation.
What we do now creates the world she inherents. We MUST tackle the difficult stuff. This is OUR WATCH in time.

Molly Ball called it a CABAL. A Cabal was recognized by Sir Winston Churchill….you THINK he didn't know about the reality of power players even he COULDN'T manage in his lifetime?

If any remembers 2015's The Big Short, when the Wall Street Morgan Stanley guys went to Florida to check out the mortgage market, remember the two clowns that were bragging. Well, this is it – regarding an election.

TRUMP is an outsider. Read Rich Higgins' The MEMO:
https://unconstrainedanalytics.org/potus-and-political-warfare/
REALLY, READ IT.

I am finalizing a wrap up book of this entire past year. Which now included this piece.
Permalink – https://dcfpress.com/operation-virus-the-2020-crisis-to-date/
The NEW MATERIAL will add about 120 pages, including the elections, the January 6th event, and now where we are at.

Not to brag: but I had Molly Ball's thesis written up many months ago. It wasn't hard to ascertain.
