Interesting on the comment about individual interpretation. Two people could read the same book and come away with two different understanding. Hence, the Bible!

Wouldn’t Manufacturing Consent be the minimal required reading before working in any sort of media criticism?

I was first made aware of Ground News on Bridget Phetasy. Subscribed to Ground News immediately and find it very useful. Thanks for spreading the word!

The "word game". I've been in a battle to stop the redefinition and new use of words. The left has been working at deceiving people by word games. Aloha

Ok, so this doesn't determine the bias of a news article. It uses someone's pre-established list of bias of specific news sources and indicates who's covering it. I can see this being good for determining stories that are being ignored from one side of the other, but how does this help determine the validity of the news?

AOC says something and it will show that Right leaning companies are covering it, while Left leaning are not……you can deduce that the Left leaning is not being honest.

If an article on a subject selectively edits a video to show the narrative they want, but it is a lie…..how does this site help you?

The media itself used to do a bit of this – itself. Then stopped about a decade ago.

Then there was Fact Checking sites – all of which themselves started leaning one way or the other. Only fact checking opposing views. (Hope this doesn’t end up the same way…)

I appreciate the effort. The only thing I do not understand about the platforms that are trying to create something outside the biased culture is the fact that they they all seem to use the corporate scripts for plugins and advertisement. Those social media buttons on the website are basically tracking you – and they clearly have a bias of their own.
