Good you’re not calling is an “occupy” movement anymore — vs riot and crime – which is what it was.

1st amendment is outside the building. Technically down the street. Inside the building is a crime. Inside the senate and house chamber is insurrection… The president telling people to “take our country back” despite the election results and process – was incitement and a lie that anyone in the group of people that entered the Capitol could change the result. These people have no one to blame but themselves for believing a charlatan. A con man.

Prior to Jan 6. The Capitol building was open to the public. The real criminal is the officer that shot an unarmed woman and has yet to answer for it.

So why have we not seen this video of the cap officer being ravaged by the mob? Oh I know why cause it probably doesn't match his story.

The American government institutions are failed. The Federal government has gone ROGUE. This is happening to us, the courts DO NOT care about the law or the constitution. The Americans caught for being at and inside of the capital on Jan 6th are fucked. The courts are compliant with the authoritarian regime in control. America is a failed state.

Thanks and I totally agree with attorney Joseph McBride. I don't believe a word of the officers' testimonies at the congressional hearing. Not a word. Analyze their body language as an aside.

And why wasn't Code Pink charged with insurrection when they invaded the Senate and stopped proceedings. I detest double standards and it's bizarre that members of Congress think they are somehow above the people who pay their salaries and healthcare and retirement. All of that money comes from the people including the Capitol that the people paid for. I mean, except for the bribes they take and the insider trading they do.

Alison a day or two before the 6th you did a story about how the police stopped taking sides with the proud boys and treating them as the riot participants they were in Portland I believe. And the response the proud boys had to that. The Capitol police did not get that memo…

And that – is evident in what happened…

How did this happen? A sitting President refused to accept the results of an election- told a crowd to “take their country back” and told them to go to the Capitol to do that. Not rocket science.

The officer’s testimonies describes what I saw all year long in 2020 from live streams at the Antifa and BLM riots.

Channel Crossroads with Joshua Philipp had a great video about agent provocateurs.
Many people don't know that there are agent provocateurs for hire that fly worldwide to incite peaceful protests into riots and it happens all the time, this definitely happened on jan 6.

I get tired of people who have ZERO knowledge of the US Federal prison system talking about "aggregious conditions", "beatings", etc. There is almost no "solitary confinment" in federal prisons currently. Every inmate has a cell mate because they are less likely to commit suicide if they are with another person….and suicide is a hot topic in the legislature. This is tightly controlled. In addition, keeping certain inmates seperate from the general population is a pragmatic decision. Do you want the guy dead or alive at trial time? If you want him alive, then there are circumstances where they must be kept separate. Furthermore, federal inmates have more creature comforts than much of the US population. I dont have free movies and expansive cable TV, free recreational activities to include intramural sports leagues, hobbycraft classes, music classes, GED classes, and a host of other activities. For christsake, there are tennis courts, fishing ponds, and swimming pools at several federal prisons. It wasnt that long ago that federal prison was referred to as "Club Fed". So just stop with the nonsense.
