Zelensky speech: Russia aims to seize Kyiv and Chernihiv regions: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on said Russian forces aimed to seize the east and south of the country. The regions are Kyiv and Chrnihiv. In a video address, Zelensky said Russia had resources to “put pressure” on the east of Ukraine.
