People who are living in America whether rich or poor, are still lucky to be in the US. While I am in the middle class, I consider myself extremely lucky and grate for all I have. My home certainly needs an upgrade since it was built in the 1950’s, but none the less, I am lucky to have a home that is paid off. Many people living in 2nd and 3rd world countries struggle daily to find where their next meal is or whatever job is available to make some money etc…. I think Julie’s father in law right. Many of these millennials complain since they didn’t have to work for many of the things they enjoy at their finger tips. The parents of these millennials and gen Z should make their kids understand what hard work is and how you will appreciate things when you work hard for it.

Jesus is the answer. You want purpose? Meaning? Read the Bible.
However, people set their priorities. If you want to invest in to temporal pleasures like comfort, or social status, go ahead.
Buy regret is the result of poor priorities.
You get what you put in. You pick what you plant.

I work in hospice. I stayed home with my kids. People never talk about wishing they had worked more in their living years. Family becomes central when you are dying. Those who had invested the time with their family/kids had them surrounding them and loving them when they were dying. Those who didn’t lost out. Death is lonely when you don’t have loved one there to help you through. I’ll never regret staying home with my children. They were some of the best years of my life and I miss them. I know I’ll have my kids at my bedside when I’m dying

Prepare for your death while you are living, not while you are dying- Buddha taught me that even though it was through vicarious means…7:41– I'm a woman obviously? Sorry, not any more you ain't. You're gonny be compelled to splain your self pretty clearly.

I may not have had all the material things that seem to be proof of success but I was a stay at home mom. My sons, who are adults now, have morals and have familial bonds.

I've seen a lot of people on their death beds. Everyone regrets not spending enough time with their family.

1. How many likes did my post get on Facebook.
2. How many follows did I gain on twitter

Hard work is it's own reward. And now life has no meaning because there is nothing to achieve. And people are searching for that meaning. We have taken away our meaning in society, and now they dont know what to do. Most are too stupid to further themselves, and we do not need out the stupid and the diseased anymore, so there is massive amounts of hands, with no work to be done. Good luck society….

Public school is a complete waste of a young mind. Why would anyone want to waste this precious brain on public school. This is time the kid will never get back.

Wow, shocker, biology prevails over ideas…Can you see how shocked I am from my writing?

On a serious note: man, like all other biological entities, must procreate. Fail to do so and the depression will be the least of your worries.

They are not sacrifices, they are trade offs.

A sacrifice is when you destroy something of value.

Trade offs are when you value something more than the alternative.

Language means something

When I hear people say they sacrificed a promotion, or the ability to party as a single person in order for their kids, I just want to scream. It is not a sacrifice because that is to say that what you gave up was of as much or more value than the option you took

Stop it

One day Lydia will realize what she is missing by NOT knowing how to grow a vegetable garden and cook from scratch. She is feeding her child fool like products filled with harmful chemicals out of a box. He will grow up sick and weedy not being able to survive when the economy collapses and all the 'modern conveniences' are no longer available and SHE won't be able to help, because she doesn't even know how to cook REAL food.

I don't regret having given birth to 4 people. I stayed home to raise them, they went to school, so did I. I finished college the day after the last twins completed high-school.

No kids, no grandkids. People who chose not to have children, especially women, start thinking about this more and more as they get older.

The average guy works most of his life to provide for his family 👪 if the wife doesn't need to work a full time job or any job teaching your children everything you wish people would have taught you the world can be much MUCH better place good parenting is everything for children and the future of this country. Of course if the woman can make more money the stay in home dad is possible why the hell not

Humans can’t function without adversity. We are fundamentally wired to overcome challenges.

The reason for a lot of the woke craziness stems from the fact that we don’t perceive that we face any existential threats and we can’t comprehend that. So we go looking for problems or threats. When we don’t find them, we invent them.

My biggest regret will probably be related to whatever kills me. Like "I wish that I hadn't flipped off that trucker" or "buffalos have soulful eyes but it is an illusion". I will probably go ahead and confess to the Kennedy assisination.

Of course moms or dads need to make a choice to stay at home with their kids. If you do not, you sacrifice your kids. I have 4 kids, I’m a veteran and a covid nurse. I stayed home w our kids and raised them while dad worked, retired Air Force. KIDS FIRST.

A 12 gauge for a 9 year old, that's just ridiculous; they'd break their collar bone. You start them on BB guns at 4 or 5, pellet guns at 6 or 7, bows and crossbows at 8 or 9 and then .22's and higher starting at 10. You really have to pound safety in their heads early. And when they turn 13 yo need to restart hammering safety into their heads until they are 17/18, because of the mental pruning they go through during puberty.
You have failed as a parent if your 11 to 15 year old child cannot unload a firearm safely otherwise render a firearm harmless, while handling it safely.
You never know when an idiot like Biden will toss a firearm into a trashcan, or the ground, near a school.
