So censoring people's opinions, fact based news, hard science like biology, mathematics and medical proven facts is now "free speech".
These people is crazy and bonkers, riding a wave of self-righteousness these tech oligarchs are so blind they can find their nose in the middle of their faces.
The simple fact that these tech giants have censoring algorithms and mechanisms in place to dictate what is truth or not according to their self-righteousness twisted and politically biased vision of the world is what makes them worth of being sued and eliminated.

The double-speak argument that Big Tech uses against dimwit politicians is so apparent, it just rests on the courts to grow some balls & call it out to set things straight. The argument can’t be that they’re a platform because they let all users exercise their first amendment right, AND they’re a publisher that must be able to exercise it’s free speech by limiting that of its users.

Why bother with Lawsuits? Don't tech companies have secret ninja assassin robots that will just make the politicians have nasty "accidents" and make them disappear? Then, place their own people in power. People may laugh. There are drug lords that use drones to kill rival gang members or people that pissed them off. So do not think it is a stretch that even a tech company would have their own secret armed "Security" to enforce their interests. Meaning to remove problems.

Yep, I’m definitely libertarian. I advocate for the second amendment and in 5 years I got shot because someone didn’t like my face. Not because one person did something wrong that the entire framework was flawed, but because many were empowered against it that the entire framework was correct.

This is how I see it, FB, YT and Twitter operates under the protections of being open platforms instead of publishers. The day they start censoring people that don't conform to their ideologies, they are becoming publishers that need to take accountability as publishers just like NYT had to take accountability with their false news reporting of Sandman, yet YT, Twitter and FB wants both and that's not how it works. A corporation needs to decide whether they are 1 of the 2, a Publisher or an Open Platform.

The very reason why I stopped identifying as much with Libertarians. Just call myself a small "l" libertarian now. That ideology may work when companies are small and there is competition, but we don't live in that free market. We have to deal with reality of Google, Facebook and Amazon.

Sorry Big Tech, but according to your playbook, free speech is not as important as banning hate speech. And the trick is, there's no standard for defining hate speech. Therefore, your lawsuit is hate speech and is to be banned.

Sad reality is that the courts have drifted toward woke and progressive bias for some time now, although they have not bent too far and still maintain quite a lot of legal consistency and integrity. This will be a test case of just how far they have drifted, just how biased they have become and just how much integrity they still maintain.
