Falcon was Sam Wilson's own identity, not Captain America.

Sam Wilson should’ve stayed Falcon. It was his own identity. Not a mantle that within this universe wasn’t event made with anyone that looked like him in mind. I know a lot of people see this as some symbolic change but really it highlights the idea that a mantle classically inherited by a white character is better than an original identity of a black character. Tons of things to talk about here!
