Pretty sure I'm in the minority opinion but I can definitely do with series and movies trimming the fat of their content. I'm not interesting in seeing people get declined by a bank for a loan or things of the sort and I'm definitely tired of the sulking and sappy, self-pitying debbie downer broken flawed hero trend.

I really liked this episode, and yes, I liked that it started much differently then Wandavision. I also think Winter Soldier is one of the best films in the MCU. I don't like the new Captain. Could have been more action and less talking though.

Okay so there was that line that buckys date said about half the fish reappearing or something, but then thanos' motivation kind of goes down the shitter when you consider that he argued with less people, more recourses to go around, but if the animals disappeared to then they wouldn't get more recourses to go around

Let's take 2 most boring characters from Marvel and do a show about them. Challenge accepted! … I have 0 expectations about this show, so I'm open to be surprised, but 1st episode didn't worked for me.

Sam and Bucky weren’t with Tony. After Civil War they were on the run

The way I understood the Bank scene is that since Sam was a Secret Avenger, he had no money to his name after the Avengers split up.

Let's not forget that he was an outlaw for a few years meaning all of his assets were taken by government agencies and they didn't gave them back once he returned, meaning he has zero money to his name, forcing him to work for the government.

To me this was the definition of mildly interesting. A couple of things that I’m willing to keep watching to see where they go.

I like the concept of the whole evil organization but I don’t think they’ve executed it quite properly.

That villain who has long hair and a mask is intriguing.

The idea of a new ‘captain America’ is cool but I hope they don’t just play it off as a nobody and just take the shield right away next episode.

I like the character development with Bucky but I’m not sure where he goes from here.

There’s also something off about the show. I had the same feeling with Wanda Vision but can’t put my finger on it. Something’s not quite right. I don’t know if it’s the acting or dialogue or script or what. You know what maybe it’s the tone. I’ve found that the recent marvel movies have seemed a little more family friendly in ways compared to earlier ones. I know movies and shows aren’t all about that, but I think it needs more violence. More serious action that actually lets you know that this isn’t fun and games and that people are dying. The Captain America movies especially 2 and 3 had that and I think marvel needs that at times.

I thought it was ok but my mum nearly in her 80s thought it was a bit slow, it’s all a matter of opinion I’m fine with political wrangling in my fiction it’s the main reason I didn’t have as much of a problem with the Star Wars prequels (the dialogue still sucked and the direction make even good actors suck but they were ok films, I’ve seen lots worse before them and after) but my mum isn’t a fan of shows that take their time to build character, what I call slow build or slow burn stories.

I think it could really have done with the double episode start that WandaVision had even though it was twice the length of the first few WV episodes I don’t feel the first episode had enough of a hook and if it wasn’t for the trailers I don’t think this show on its own would have enough to grab me, but I know that this show will also be setting up parts of the MCU going forward so that makes it a must see but I’m guessing that about 70 to 80% of the D+ subs won’t care about that stuff.

I liked Bucky‘s part and how he deals with PTSD but It was really short and the Falcon‘s story wasn’t as interesting in my opinion the actor is great but I wasn’t that into his character but that might change with the coming episodes. I just hope we get more Winter Soldier

Ehhh I think it was an alright episode. Maybe, if they toned down the jokes, it would've been better.

1:08 I find it odd that the show that has to characters that are deep in the spy theme are the ones in a show with no mystery’s, though ied disagree with that as we definitely have a mystery in the first EP that will likely last at least into episode 3 aka What are the flagsmashers? As they clearly have super powers that ied say are at least on the level of Bucky, did they also get a version of the super soldier serum? We know their is at least three (maybe 4 as there is the one that made hulk and abomination) versions of it floating about so did they get their hands on that or are they something else?

6:12 as I said on another video, that moment when you realise that your old enough to be the girl’s grandfather, no wonder Steve went back in time.

I think the new "Captain America" might be evil and working for the people wearing masks.

I really like how they humanized both Sam and Bucky. We see them do some superhuman stuff but they’re also going through some relatable things. Sam is trying to save a boat which is a part of his family’s legacy and Bucky is trying to live a normal life after spending 90 years of his life killing.

Can you make a video on the. Snyder Cut? I loved the film and I would love to see your thoughts on it. Even if Dc is hardly ever covered on this channel I’d love to see your take…👍

I mean I'm sure Pepper would help any one of them with money problems but Falcon would never ask. It's not in his character to go asking a widower for cash

yeah i cant get passed the part where falcon is poor. there is no way you save the universe and nobody gives you money. even before infinity war the dude must have had a few million from being an avenger.

I find it very strange that Falcon isn't making enough money to at least pay off his sisters' debts for a crappy boat and house. How many dudes could fly up to an AC-130 that is hijacked by terrorists and save the day? I'm sure Falcon would be making at least decent money for being part of an elite unit in the air force. I would understand more if Bucky was struggling with getting evicted from his apartment or something with people not wanting to hire former terrorists, but Falcon should not be having money issues. Besides that little gripe, I was very happy with this episode and am left wanting more.

I can’t lie, I’m gonna be really upset if they go down the race path in the show. Sam saying “they didn’t want me as the new cap cause I’m black.” That’s gonna ruin it

I found myself way more interested in Bucky's story than Sam's. Sam is dealing with family stuff we only just found out about. Bucky on the other hand is dealing with issues that build on what we have seen of him previously.
