He developed greatly especially after season 2, he does become arrogant at times but truly strong willed and good at heart which makes him sort of represent the heart and soul of the rebellion. Yeah they are flawed but the flaws make them even more flaw less and lovable. He had a unique relationship with everyone he interacted with. I wish I could see more of his character and how it developed long after Kanan's sacrifice. I wonder if Ezra would ever meet the child of Kanan and how he would react to see a skewed mirror of his past as he had seen many mirrors of the past in the world between worlds.

I wish Filoni didn't find the need to purposefully tick so many diversity boxes with Rebels… I was so off put by that shit that I couldn't enjoy the series. I know it was good and all, but FUCK SKINNY LIGHT SABERS

I really like him as a charecter. The aladin type fits him well. I really enjoyed his Jedi training and diving into the dark side was interesting to watch. But if I'm bring honest. Rebells the show did so little with so much beacuse of disneys restraints due to having it be a kid show. Id love to see his story with the feel of clone wars. Clone Wars had almost no restraints. Yes it did sensor violence but it got the point across. Rebels never went hard core enougfe for me and the story suffers from the restrants. As does all the charecters inclooding Ezra. Rebels is a great story but not a good show. If the spotlight is on another charecter they make ezra a comic relief charecter even it it dosnt fit what hes going threw in the story. For the reasons said above I cant give him more then a C

I like the show but god can Ezra make stupid one liners, it's like we can't have a single emotional scene because he just pops out of nowhere like what

Ashoka Anakin Ezra and Luke all start rather annoying but grow with their respective trilogy/series. The ironic thing is most adult fans if they didn’t grew up with the character hate their young phase but defend the character with whom they grew up to the death (including me)

I do want to see his character really turn into something real. I wasn’t a fan of him in rebels but I trust these writers

Had no problem with the stories he was in / the way his character was portrayed.

I'd give him a B, he was in a kids show (so take that into account) and in many ways his character arc isnt really completed yet, his Rebels story is done, but im sure he'll be back in a more mature character arc in the future, hopefully alongside other fan fav's adding to the universe in the post RoTJ timeframe.

I don't really like or hate him it would be cool to see him and thrawn in the ahsoka series. Speaking about ahsoka he did save her (my favorite character) so I guess I owe him one

I'm so ready for the filoniverse side story of Ezra, Ahsoka, Cal, and (Kyle Katarn please!) taking on whatever Thrawn has planned!!

Him and Ahsoka are both amazing characters, but are very different. While Ahsoka grew up learning the Jedi way, then grew apart from it and went her own way, Ezra grew up apart from it doing his own thing, then had to unlearn a lot of his own understanding of the world to begin to learn the ways of the Jedi. Imo Ezra's sacrifice at the end of Rebels solidifies him as a Jedi Knight, following in Kanan's place. I think the next step for Ezra is to take on a padawan of his own.

Ezra's story always felt like an epic-biblical story. Tge way he interacts with animals, his relationship with the force and his temptation by evil.
Overall an incredible, loveable character with a good story

He's a flat C tier for me, I liked some of the stuff they were going for but he's just not that compelling to me, nor did he really rise that far above his initial annoying personality like Ahsoka did before him.

What's weird is that the actor who played the live action Aladdin, is highly rumored to play live action Ezra. Its weird because of what people have said about the character, that he feels like a Space Aladdin so yeah, its funny haha

I think only 4 seasons hurt the character. We got alot more from Ahsoka in seasons 5 to 7. The first season and half of the second season of rebels was hard to watch for an adult.

It won't matter. Disney has completely burned me for the last time. I won't watch anything on there streaming network again so the only way I'm watching any of these shows is on pirate sites (If I'm interested enough to try).

The only way they're ever going to learn their lesson about shitting all over the fans and the Star Wars legacy is if people refuse to give them money long enough to make it hurt. Until then they're just going to assume that you're dumb enough to suck up whatever garbage they sling your way.

My feelings towards Ezra are extremely complicated. If I put aside the fact that I personally didn't really enjoy Rebels, I've never liked the idea that a brand new Jedi pops up at the same time that Luke is preparing for his journey. You want to bring in old Jedi from the Clone Wars era like Ahsoka, Kota, Cal or Kanan? Go for it. But by introducing a brand new person who will become a Jedi in this particular point in the story, you're removing alot of what made Luke (and I'd argue, Leia too) unique and special because he is no longer the last hope for the Jedi as there are others. I know that he does vanish at the end of the show but him even being alive and doing nothing just feels so wrong to me.

I personally think that Force Unleashed did this story better as Galen Marak dies at the end but his sacrifice creates the Rebel Alliance and, forgetting about Force Unleashed 2, sets in motion the events of ANH as the perfect continuation.

Maybe that's just me but I do get why people would like him and I did meet Taylor Gray at a comic con in 2019 and he was really nice. I'll give Ezra a D.

The biggest problem with Ezra is that by the time the show hit its 4th season, he still behaved like a child. He was still making goofy jokes and still falling victim to slapstick scenes in the middle of serious battles. This was a problem with the show altogether. Even the final battle on Lothal manages to fit in some slapstick moments.

One of my least favorite characters in all of starwars. He starts out annoying and only gets slightly less annoying. There is no natural development. He should not be compared to Ahsoka .
