Peter Whittle, Founder & Director of the New Culture Forum, appeared on GB News with Michelle Dewberry and friends to discuss today’s historic Court of Appeal ruling in the case of Harry Miller, a former policeman whose re-tweeting was deemed “transphobic” by police and recorded as a non-crime hate incident.
The Court of Appeal has ruled that recording in this manner had a “chilling effect” on Mr. Miller’s right to free speech.
